On your first visit we set one first-party cookie (biller_ft) recording the page you arrived on, the website that referred you (without any search terms or query string), and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source. If you create an account within 90 days, we store that information with your account so we can learn which of our pages and channels bring in customers, and then delete the cookie. If you don't sign up, it expires after 90 days. It is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. It is not set if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and you can delete it at any time without affecting the Service.
For aggregate usage measurement we use Plausible, which we self-host on our own infrastructure. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track you across other websites. When you start a trial or a paid subscription, we record that event in Plausible together with the signup attribution described above — never your name, email address, or account details.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, we do not engage in cross-site or cross-device tracking, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
