Yes. Every Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. If you're dissatisfied, you can instead request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your term, after which paid features end — see our Refund Policy. Downgrading doesn't delete your data; our Privacy Policy explains how deletion and retention work.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Downgrading doesn't delete your payment data or client history. On the Free plan, you'll still have full access to booking, scheduling, payment tracking, and your dashboard. Unlimited invoicing and tax exports are Pro features. Account deletion and data retention are covered in our Privacy Policy.
We have no plans to raise prices, and your rate won't change in the middle of a billing period. If we ever adjust pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, in line with our Terms of Service.
