Yes — that's what the free plan is for. It runs the whole loop, from booking to getting paid, with unlimited invoices, for as long as you like. Upgrade to Pro when you want full reports, tax-time exports, and the lower card fee. Pro is billed yearly, and if you cancel it stays active until the end of the year you've paid for.
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. If you're dissatisfied, you can instead request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your term, after which paid features end — see our Refund Policy. Downgrading doesn't delete your data; our Privacy Policy explains how deletion and retention work.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Downgrading doesn't delete your payment data or client history. On the Free plan, you'll still have booking, scheduling, invoicing and payment tracking, with unlimited invoices. Full reports, tax-time exports and the lower card fee are Pro features. Account deletion and data retention are covered in our Privacy Policy.
We have no plans to raise prices, and your rate won't change in the middle of a billing period. If we ever adjust pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect, in line with our Terms of Service.
