Common questions

Is forwarding Interac notification emails safe?

Yes. Interac notification emails are informational only — they cannot be used to move money. We extract the payment details (amount, sender, date) and store them. Your banking credentials are never involved.

Will this work with all banks?

Yes. Notifications come from notify@payments.interac.ca regardless of which Canadian bank the sender uses. We support all major banks — see our bank list.

Do I need accounting software?

No. Biller is for people who don't want full accounting software. For tax time, export your data to CSV and hand it to your accountant.
