Jobber pricing in Canada, plan by plan.

What Jobber costs a Canadian service business in 2026, what the US-dollar pricing means for you, and when a one-person business can pay less.

Updated

The short answer

For one person, Jobber costs US$49 to US$199 a month billed monthly, or US$29 to US$149 a month paid yearly. Team plans include 5 users and cost US$199 to US$499 a month. All prices are in US dollars.

On top of the plan: 2.9% + 30¢ on each online card payment through Jobber Payments.

Jobber's plans and prices (2026)

These are the prices on Jobber's pricing page as of September 29, 2026, in US dollars. Jobber prices by team size: a one-person plan includes 1 user, and a team plan includes 5.

GrowUS$299/moUS$259/moUS$229/mo
PlusUS$499/moUS$439/moUS$399/mo

Jobber discounts both commitments up front. The 1-year-commitment prices apply after a cheaper first three months, and the paid-yearly prices apply after a first-year offer: until September 30, 2026, paying yearly cost US$21, US$70 and US$105 a month for one person in year one. Jobber runs these promotions often, so check the current offer before you sign.

What each tier adds

These are the highlights Jobber lists per tier. Its pricing page has the full feature grid.

Why US-dollar pricing matters in Canada

Jobber's Canadian pricing address now redirects to its main pricing page, which says all prices are in US dollars. There is no Canadian-dollar price list, so what you pay in Canadian dollars depends on the exchange rate on each billing date. Your card issuer may also add a foreign-transaction fee of around 2.5% on a US-dollar charge, unless your card waives it.

Budget the Canadian-dollar cost with a margin, and check your card's foreign-transaction terms before you choose monthly billing.

Adding a second person

The one-person plans include one user. The moment you add a helper, you move to a team plan that includes 5 users: Connect for a team is US$199 a month billed monthly, against US$139 for one person. Core has no team version. Jobber's pricing page lists no per-user add-on price, so if you need more than 5 users, ask Jobber for a quote.

Jobber Payments fees in Canada

How the client paysJobber Payments fee
Card, online (client hub or invoice link)2.9% + 30¢
Tap to Pay in the field2.7% + 30¢
Instant payout to your bankExtra 1%

Jobber's help centre notes that Interac debit is not supported for Tap to Pay in Canada, and taps over $250 may hit card limits. A client paying a $400 invoice by card online costs you about $11.90 in processing.

Many Canadian clients would rather send an Interac e-Transfer, which usually costs little or nothing to receive. Jobber’s pricing page lists no Interac e-Transfer support, so an e-Transfer is marked paid by hand.

Jobber vs Biller for a one-person business

Biller is built for one person running a service business: a dog walker, a tutor, a cleaner. Here is how it compares on cost and scope.

Be clear on card payments: on Biller's free plan, a card payment costs Stripe's processing fee plus 2.5%, which is more than Jobber's 2.9% + 30¢. If most of your clients pay by card, Pro at $99 a year brings the Biller fee down to 0.25%. If most pay by e-Transfer, there is no Biller fee on those at all.

Deciding how clients should pay you?

With Biller, every invoice shows your e-Transfer details and, once you connect Stripe, a pay-by-card button — so clients pay the way they prefer, and card payments and Autodeposit e-Transfers are recorded as they land.

When Jobber is the better choice

Jobber is the stronger tool once you are more than one person, and we'd say so to a friend:

If you work alone, bill a handful of regular clients, and get paid mostly by e-Transfer, you are paying Jobber for crew features you won't use.

Common questions

How much does Jobber cost per month?

As of September 29, 2026, a one-user Jobber plan costs US$49 a month for Core, US$139 for Connect and US$199 for Grow, billed month to month. Paid yearly, the regular price is US$29, US$99 and US$149 a month; a first-year offer ending September 30, 2026 cuts that to US$21, US$70 and US$105. Team plans, which include 5 users, run US$199 to US$499 a month.

Does Jobber charge Canadians in Canadian dollars?

No. Jobber's Canadian pricing address now redirects to its main pricing page, which states that all prices are in US dollars. There is no Canadian-dollar price list, so your cost in Canadian dollars moves with the exchange rate. Budget with a margin.

How much does Jobber cost for a team?

Jobber's team plans include 5 users: Connect at US$199 a month, Grow at US$299 and Plus at US$499, billed month to month. Core is only sold for one user. Jobber's pricing page lists no per-user add-on price, so larger teams should ask Jobber for a quote.

What are Jobber Payments card fees in Canada?

Jobber lists 2.9% + 30¢ per online card payment and 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay in the field, with an extra 1% for instant payouts. Jobber's help centre notes that Interac debit is not supported for Tap to Pay in Canada.

Does Jobber have a free trial?

Yes. Jobber offers a free trial with no credit card required, and you pick a plan afterwards. There is no permanent free plan.

What is a cheaper alternative to Jobber for a one-person business?

If you work alone and mostly get paid by Interac e-Transfer, Biller covers booking requests, quotes, scheduling, invoicing with GST/HST and payment reminders on a free plan with unlimited invoices. Pro is $99 CAD a year. Biller has no team accounts, so it is not a fit once you run a crew.
