Deleting your account

If you no longer need Biller, you can delete your account. There's a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind.

How to delete your account

To request account deletion:

  1. Go to Settings > Delete Account
  2. Enter your password to confirm your identity
  3. Click Delete my account

Your account will immediately enter a 30-day grace period. You can continue using Biller during this time, and you can cancel the deletion at any point before the grace period ends.

30-day grace period

Account deletion is not immediate. After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period.

During this period:

  • A banner appears across the app reminding you that deletion is scheduled
  • You can still sign in and use Biller normally
  • You can cancel the deletion at any time (see below)
  • Your data remains intact and accessible

After the 30-day period expires, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

When the grace period ends, everything associated with your account is permanently removed, including:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All income records (both from email parsing and manual entries)
  • All invoices and invoice PDFs
  • All client records
  • All forwarded emails stored by Biller
  • Your unique forwarding address
This cannot be undone
Once the 30-day grace period ends, your account and all data are permanently deleted. There is no way to recover your information after this point. If you think you might need your data, export it before requesting deletion. For more details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Cancelling deletion

Changed your mind? You can cancel account deletion at any time during the 30-day grace period:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click Cancel deletion on the banner that appears at the top of the page

Your account will return to normal immediately, as if deletion was never requested.
