Sharing and sending invoices

Once your invoice is created, you can share it with your client via a public link, send it by email, or download a PDF copy.

Email to client

You can email an invoice directly to your client from the invoice page. Click "Send Invoice" and Biller will send an email to the client's address on file.

The email includes:

  • A summary of the invoice (invoice number, amount, date)
  • Your business name as the sender
  • A "View Invoice" button that links to the public invoice page

If the client record doesn't have an email address, you'll be prompted to add one before sending.

PDF download

You can download any invoice as a PDF by clicking the "Download PDF" button on the invoice page. The PDF matches the layout of the public invoice page and is suitable for printing or attaching to emails.

Client self-fill
If you don't have your client's full billing details, you can share a special link that lets them fill in their own information. See Client self-fill to learn more.
